These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.norohunt.com and related services operated by UNIT01 doo (trading as NoroHunt) ("NoroHunt", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

NoroHunt is a curated directory that helps users discover software tools, compare alternatives, and explore featured or sponsored listings. Makers may submit tools, create profiles, and optionally purchase paid listing plans.

Listing a tool or appearing in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, inactive, abusive, or used in violation of these Terms.

If you submit, claim, or manage a tool listing, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your submission is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

• You must not submit tools, content, or links that are unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or harmful;
• You must comply with applicable badge, listing, and verification requirements for your chosen plan;
• You are responsible for your website, product, pricing, and outbound links associated with your listing;
• We may review, reject, edit, delist, or remove listings that violate these Terms or our quality standards.

Some listing plans are paid one-time purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy or another authorized payment provider. Prices, features, and availability are shown at checkout.

• Paid benefits such as featured placement, sponsor days, dofollow links, or newsletter mentions apply as described at purchase;
• Sponsor placements are time-limited and subject to availability on the published calendar;
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once your tool has been published or a purchased promotional placement has started;
• We may change plan pricing or features for future purchases at any time.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating and marketing the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services except as permitted by robots.txt or our written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a tool or company;
• Upload malware, spam, or content intended to manipulate rankings or reviews.

The Services, including the NoroHunt name, logo, design, software, and original content (excluding user-submitted content), are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that listings, reviews, rankings, or tool information will be accurate or complete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIT01 doo AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) EUR 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNIT01 doo (trading as NoroHunt)from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, your tool listings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Belgrade, Serbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
